Fabrizio Caracciol
graduated in 2004 at the University of L’Aquila; is actually responsible for electrical tests and measurements in the R&D department at Italian Railways (RFI); contributed in the activation of the Italian High-Speed Network and performed many field tests in electrical traction installation both for DC 3 kV DC and AC 25 kV 50 Hz, manages both laboratory and on-site electric tests on railway installations and devices; secretary of the UIC “Energy and Electric Traction” experts group, convenor of CENELEC SC9XC WG14 and member of several WGs of TC9X.
