is a former railway expert at RFF (Réseau Ferré de France); before that, he spent his career in industry, ending as the CEO of a pharmaceutical company; he is the author of numerous technical and historical articles in the French and foreign railway press; President: CKrail consultant (France); President of AFAC (French Association of Railway’s Friends) and editor of the magazine „Chemin de Fer”.
